Test Manager | Contract

We have an immediate need for an experienced Test Manager to work with our client on a large project.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a very reputable organisation for a daily rate of €500 per day (negotiable depending on experience) and 6 month rolling contract. 2 days on site required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
• Create and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisation
• Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
• Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

• At least 7 years’ experience within Test Management
• Experience of working on large migration projects would be beneficial
• Strong UAT management experience
• In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools) and experience of working within various methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
